The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Iloubnan - ISF contain mutiny in Kobbe prison - September 20, 2010

BEIRUT - Prisoners at Kobbe prison in Tripoli staged riot on Monday, National television "Tele Liban" reported. According to the National News Agency, a prisoner kidnapped two victims inside the prison, but their identity was not yet revealed. Internal Security Forces managed to contain the mutiny, release the hostages and set order back in the prison.
