March 14 forces member Samir Franjieh on Saturday called on Hizbullah to move back under the state's umbrella, urging the Shiite group not to impose views on others.
"Hizbullah must accept diversity," Franjieh said in an interview with Asharq radio station.
On Lebanese-Syrian ties, Franjieh said "relations are different from before."
"The relationship between Lebanon and Syria has become one of a state-to-state," Franjieh added.
Syrian troops withdrew from Lebanon in 2005 after the assassination of former-PM Rafik Hariri in a massive Beirut bombing.
In December 2008, the Syrian embassy was opened in Beirut. Lebanon opened its embassy in Damascus in March 2009.
