| أعلن رئيس قلم المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان هرمان فون هايبل أمس أن المحاكمة في قضية اغتيال الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري يمكن أن تبدأ في أيلول أو تشرين الأول المقبلين "بوجود أو غياب متهمين". وقال في مقابلة مع وكالات أنباء في مقر المحكمة في ليدشندام قرب لاهاي: "يمكن أن نشهد بدء المحاكمة قرابة أيلول أو تشرين الأول إذا جرت الأمور بشكل جيد (...) بوجود أو غياب متهمين". The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.
