ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية صقر صقر أمس على ثلاثة موقوفين بينهم امرأة بجرم التعامل مع العدو الاسرائيلي وإعطائه معلومات لمعاونته على فوز قواته سندا الى المادة 278 من قانون العقوبات التي تنص على عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة الموقتة من 3 الى 15 سنة، والمادة 285 منه لجهود دخول بلاده، وأحالهم على قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض أبو غيدا لإجراء التحقيق الاستنطاقي معهم.
The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.
