The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Assafir - Postponement trial of karam - January 19,2011


أرجأت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة برئاسة العميد نزار خليل إلى 22 شباط المقبل، محاكمة العميد فايز كرم، وإلياس كرم بجرم التعامل مع العدوّ الإسرائيلي، وذلك بسبب عدم تسليم المتهم الثاني الياس كرم نفسه للقضاء، مما اضطرّ المحكمة إلى إبلاغه لصقاً موعد الجلسة المقبلة تمهيداً لمحاكمته بصورة غيابية في حال استمراره في الفرار من وجه العدالة.
وتقدّم وكيل العميد كرم، المحامي رشاد سلامة بدفوع شكلية ويفترض أن تبت فيها هيئة المحكمة قبل موعد الجلسة المقبلة.
