Outgoing Minister of Justice Ibrahim Najjar said to Voice of Lebanon radio station on Sunday that the relationship between Parliament, the caretaker Prime Minister and PM designate raises legal issues, including the right of the House to exercise the prerogatives of the executive.
He noted in this context that the country is going through a gray phase that the Constitution does not clearly mentioned, hoping the clarification of certain constitutional text to prevent their different interpretations.
About Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Mr. Najjar said that four Syrian soldiers arrived in Lebanon were questioned and handed over to Syria, according to their demand, while the protection was afforded to civilian refugees, according to Human Rights.
