The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

L'orient le jour - Le cocktail détonant qui embrase Tripoli, May 14 2012


La rue sunnite antisyrienne s’est déchaînée ce week-end à Tripoli après que la Sûreté générale, dont le patron est accusé par les salafistes d’être « pro-Hezbollah et pro-Damas », eut arrêté l’un des leurs et démantelé un réseau « terroriste ». Bilan : 3 morts et 27 blessés, et une scène politique survoltée.
