The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Aliwaa - Lebanon, postpone the case of Mouchimech, September 21 2012

أرجأت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة برئاسة العميد الركن الطيار خليل ابراهيم وعضوية المستشارين القاضي المدني حسن شحرور والضباط الأربعة وبحضور ممثل مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية المحامي العام القاضي سامي صادر متابعة محاكمة المدعى اليه الشيخ حسن مشيمش بجرم الاتصال بالعدو إلى 18/1/2013 بعدما تبين أن لائحة الاتصالات الخاصة بخطوط المدعى عليه قد وردت إلى الملف فطلب وكيله المحامي أنطوان نعمه إمهاله للإطلاع عليها، علماً أن اللائحة سطّر لإرسالها منذ نحو 5 أشهر.
