Culture Minister Gaby Layoun announced Monday on Sawt Al-Mada that the Change and Reform bloc Ministers will not participate in Wednesday cabinet session if things remained unchanged.
Layyoun said that the bloc's stance emanates from their commitment to solving the people's livelihood issues and answering their demands.
"We cannot tie the government's destiny to the special tribunal's funding issue while people are suffering from the heavy burden of their social and economic problems," he pointed out.
Commenting on Future Movement's festival held yesterday in Tripoli, Layoun said it was nothing but a provocation against Syria.
Separately, the Culture Minister said in a talk with Voice of Lebanon radio station that the STL was imposed on Lebanon under chapter 7, against all United Nations' charters.
Layoun assured as well that the Change and Reform bloc is not divided in any way, confirming that Marada and Tashnag Ministers have the full right not to resign if the FPM leader, Michel Aoun, decided to.
