The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

منيمنة يستفسر عن إطلاق سراح موقوفين
في قضية تزوير شهادات رسمية
أحال وزير العدل ابراهيم نجار على النيابة العامة التمييزية كتاباً ورده من وزير التربية والتعليم العالي حسن منيمنة، أشار فيه الأخير الى ما تناهى إليه حول إطلاق سراح خمسة موقوفين متهمين بالانضمام الى "عصابة تعمل على تزوير مستندات رسمية من إخراجات القيد وبطاقات الترشيح للامتحانات الرسمية، مما يتيح لمستخدميها أن يتقدموا من الامتحانات الرسمية بدلاً من المرشحين الأصليين".
يذكر أن قاضي التحقيق في بيروت فادي العنيسي كان قد أصدر مذكرات توقيف وجاهية بحق 10 موقوفين في الملف، وتقرر ترك آخرين بسندات إقامة، على أن يتابع تحقيقاته مع موقوفين آخرين في السادس عشر من الجاري.
