The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star - Roumieh inmate found in possession of contraband - June 23, 2011

BEIRUT: Internal Security Forces found an inmate in Roumieh prison in possession of contraband, the National News Agency reported Wednesday.
During a routine inspection of detainees, ISF personnel allegedly found drugs, a mobile phone and a prepaid phone card on inmate Hussein Fleiti, 31, who had been arrested on charges of theft and forming a gang for vehicle theft. The ISF referred him to the judiciary.
