The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Naharnet - Lebanon's landline Network Also Penetrated by Israeli Spies: Authorities Arrest Ogero Employee

Lebanon's landline network "Ogero" also proved to be penetrated by Israeli spies after authorities arrested a long-distance operator.
Local reports on Monday said Lebanese army intelligence arrested the suspect a few days ago on charges of spying for Israel.
As-Safir newspaper identified the suspect as 66-year-old Milad A.

It said Milad is a long-distance Ogero operator whose term has been extended for one year after reaching retirement age.
