August 3, 2010 - Now Lebanon - Nasrallah to disclose new information related to STL

Al-Liwaa newspaper quoted on Tuesday an unnamed parliamentary source as saying that Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah would disclose new information related to the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) in his speech Tuesday evening.

Nasrallah made two speeches in July rejecting the tribunal and the expected indictment of his party members in the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

The source also said that Nasrallah might reveal information related to the STL and to its President Judge Antonio Cassese, adding that Nasrallah might tackle the issue of the STL’s false witnesses whose names have not yet been announced but claimed were of Lebanese origin.
