August 11, 2010 - Now Lebanon - STL examines Nasrallah’s data, source says

An-Nahar newspaper quoted on Wednesday an unnamed source as saying that the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) is studying and analyzing the data Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah presented on the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Nasrallah on Monday presented alleged evidence of Israeli involvement in the Hariri assassination, including footage he said came from Israeli Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and a confession from a suspected Israeli spy.

The source added that STL Prosecutor Daniel Bellemare may deal with this data, however it has not confirmed this information as the investigation is confidential.
