August 9, 2010 - Now Lebanon - STL’s investigation to change course after Nasrallah speech

An-Nahar newspaper quoted on Monday an unnamed March 8 coalition source as saying that the information to be revealed by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will change the course of the international investigation related to the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Nasrallah said earlier last week that he will reveal during a press conference on August 9 irrefutable evidence proving that Israel was behind the assassination.

According to the source, Nasrallah will reveal secrets related to Israeli technological communication and to an investigation carried out by Hezbollah itself based on this technological communication.

This analysis was however unintentionally leaked to western security parties, which called for Hezbollah to end its research in order to keep its methods secret.
