The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

iloubnan - Right to Return committee suspends Sunday march - June 03, 2011

The popular march towards Lebanese-Palestinian borders that was to take place on Naksa Day commemoration was suspended, a statement by the coordination and follow-up committee of Right to Return Campaign announced on Friday. But it said that all refugees' camps nationwide would participate in a general strike next Sunday.

Earlier today, the Lebanese army had announced that Sunday's march was banned.
