The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

iloubnan - UN issues instructions before STL releases indictment by July - June 03, 2011

The U.N. has released instructions, it said , in preparation of the release of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon indictment in Former Premier Rafik Hariri’s assassination.

A high-ranking official in New York told 'An Nahar' daily that pre-trial Judge Daniel Fransen will issue the indictment by July, that is in few weeks.

The General-Secretariat has issued instructions of preparation in case the STL decides to release the indictment and begin trials, the paper reported quoting the official.

The indictment is expected to name low profile Hezbollah officials, the official said, without indicating whether Syrian nationals will be accused.
