Now Lebanon - Hariri’s stances are courageous, Khalil says - September 13, 2010

Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s stances are courageous as they show his “assessment of past political experience” and the need to rebuild Syrian-Lebanese relations, Development and Liberation bloc MP Ali Hassan Khalil said during a celebration on Monday, according to the National News Agency (NNA).

Some people misled the STL investigation and thereby damaged Syrian-Lebanese relations, PM Hariri said in an interview published in As-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper on September 26, adding that “at a certain stage, we accused Syria of assassinating [former] Premier Rafik Hariri, and this was a political accusation.”
