Now Lebanon - Gemayel: Negotiations are underway to naturalize Palestinians

“Today negotiations are underway to naturalize the Palestinians wherever they are,” Kataeb Party leader Amin Gemayel said on Sunday according to a statement from his office.

Direct Palestinian-Israeli peace talks resumed in Washington Thursday, setting out opening demands that started the clock on a one-year deadline for a peace settlement.

Kataeb founder Pierre Gemayel established the “true resistance” against the “project of Lebanon as an alternative for Palestinians,” and the party will continue this struggle, he added.
