The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

NOW Lebanon- Security forces arrest vandals in Saida , December 4, 2011

Future bloc MP Bahia Hariri issued a statement Sunday that security forces arrested two people “who confessed” to burning cars in Saida recently.
The statement added that Hariri is following up on the security situation in Saida with the relevant authorities.
There have been multiple incidents in recent days of cars being set on fire at night in the southern city.
