The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

iloubnan - Roux advises accused in Hariri's murder case to appear in court - JUly 05, 2011

Head of the Defense Office at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), Francois Roux, advised those accused of the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri to appear in court for "it is the best solution for them", the National News Agency reported on tuesday. 

In an interview with Agence France Presse (AFP) today, Roux said that the arrest warrant issued by the STL was "a very important matter", pointing out that "accused are no more free, they become fugitives when warrants are issued," the report added.
