Now Lebanon - Khoury addresses STL and its indictment - July 26, 2011

Change and Reform bloc MP Walid Khoury said on Tuesday that the ministerial statement recognizes the UN-backed Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) and “there is no problem with that.”
However, he told Voice of Lebanon (93.3) radio that the problem is “the issue of finding those indicted in the case of the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and arresting them, which is a completely different issue.”
“The issue of funding the international tribunal has not yet been addressed, and the Lebanese government is to make a decision on the matter.”
The UN-backed STL indicted four members of Hezbollah in connection to Rafik Hariri’s murder, but the Shia group ruled out their arrest.
