NOW Lebanon - Ethiopian domestic worker commits suicide, March 14, 2012

An Ethiopian domestic worker in Lebanon committed suicide on Wednesday at the Deir as-Salib mental health clinic where she had been hospitalized.
LBC television last week broadcast a video showing the woman lying in a bush on the side of the street, moaning and crying as a group of men stood over her. The video then shows a man shoving the women into his car against her will. The incident reportedly took place near the Ethiopian Embassy in Beirut.

According to LBC, the man – whose license plate number was revealed in the clip – was identified as Ali Mahfouz.
