The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

iloubnan - Charbel denies identifying the four accused of Hariri's murder - July 01, 2011

The National News Agency (NNA) reported that the press office of Interior & Municipalities Minister General Merwan Charbel issued Friday a statement denying the news saying that Minister Charbel had affirmed the name of the four members accused by the tribunal of Martyr Rafic Hariri's assassination. 

The minister wanted to clear out that he did not identify the political or party affiliation of the four persons, the report says.
