Justice Minister Shakib Qortbawi said on Thursday “the case of the seven Estonians [who were freed today] will not be closed.”
“The Lebanese judiciary will continue its investigations to reveal all the details and all the people involved [in the abduction].”
The seven Estonian men, all in their 30s, were kidnapped on March 23 in the Bekaa shortly after entering Lebanon on a bicycle tour from neighboring Syria.
