Now Lebanon - Qortbawi meets with Estonia’s Attorney General - July 11, 2011

Justice Minister Shakib Qortbawi met on Monday with Estonia’s Attorney General Heili Sepp and an accompanying delegation to discuss the issue of the seven Estonians that were kidnapped on Lebanese soil.
Qortbawi confirmed that security forces and judicial authorities are duly, and with interest, following up on this issue.
The seven Estonian men, all in their 30s, were kidnapped on March 23 shortly after entering Lebanon on a bicycle tour from neighboring Syria. The case has remained shrouded in mystery.

The Estonians were shown asking for help in two separate videos posted on the Internet on April 20 and May 20.

Sources say investigators have established that the videos had been uploaded from the Syrian capital Damascus, leading to speculation that the men were moved across the Lebanese border and taken to Syria.
