Naharnet: Gunmen Kidnap a Man at Gunpoint in Tehwitat al-Ghadir

Armed men intercepted a vehicle and kidnapped its driver in the Baabda district town of Tehwitat al-Ghadir, the National News Agency reported on Wednesday.
NNA said that the gunmen were riding a Mercedes and a BMW when they intercepted a Nissan carrying the license plate Z453380 near Cis college and al-Hilal restaurant.
The men turned their machine guns at the driver, forced him out of his car, and sped away after pushing him into one of their vehicles, NNA said.
It added that one gunman parked the Nissan inside a parking lot of a residential building before also speeding away.
Security forces from the Mraijeh police station in Beirut’s southern suburbs launched an investigation to find out the identity of the kidnapped man.
