The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star- Body of Lebanese civilian repatriated from Israel , November , 17 , 2011

BEIRUT: The body of a Lebanese civilian was repatriated from Israel Wednesday, facilitated by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ras Naqoura on the Israeli-Lebanese border.
Juerg Montani, the head of the Lebanon ICRC delegation, said “the ICRC is acting ... with the full consent of all parties concerned.
The ICRC has repatriated four Lebanese civilians and the remains of five others from Israel to Lebanon this year.
