iloubnan- Cabinet heads towards applying proportionality electoral law, says Harb, November 11, 2011

MP Boutros Harb said that the cabinet is heading towards adopting proportionality electoral law.

The MP added that proportionality electoral law has negative impact on the political composition in the existence of sectarian parties.

On the other hand, Harb urged on Friday to Voice of Lebanon radio station not to intervene in the Syrian affairs, considering that the Lebanese authorities are plotting with the Syrian regime by handing over persons who are against the regime.

The MP added that "this Syrian-Iranian cabinet (Prime Minister Najib Mikati's cabinet) ignores the Lebanese tradition", describing the measures taken by it as a shame on the Lebanese.
