Naharnet - ISF Arrests 4 People for Suspected Links to Kidnapping Ring, September 22, 2011

A unit from the Internal Security Forces Intelligence Branch raided a car repair shop in the town of Ghaza in the Western Bekaa arresting four people for suspected links to the kidnapping of seven Estonian tourists in March.
The National News Agency said Wednesday that three of the suspects are Lebanese while the other is Syrian.
Although the ISF didn’t reveal the reason behind their arrest, NNA suspected that they were seized for having links to the abduction of the Estonians, who were released in July.
The ISF killed two people on Tuesday in an ambush set to arrest the remaining members of a network seeking to kidnap foreigners.
Interior Minister Marwan Charbel said the two men were dangerous outlaws that had previously escaped from several ISF operations carried out against them and had killed an ISF Intelligence Branch officer in the Bekaa town of Majdal Anjar several months ago.
