Now Lebanon - Lebanon will remain committed to STL, Zahra says - October 31, 2010

Intimidation does not scare the Lebanese Forces, and Lebanon will continue to respect the international legitimacy that the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) is based, LF bloc MP Antoine Zahra said on Sunday.
A parliamentary majority of 71 MPs signed the petition for the STL that went to the UN, The National News Agency (NNA) quoted the MP as saying.
Tension is high in Lebanon after unconfirmed reports that the STL will soon issue its indictment for the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. There are fears that should the court indict Hezbollah members, it could lead to clashes similar to those of the 2008 May Events.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Thursday called on all Lebanese to boycott the STL and end all cooperation with its investigators.
