On 12 October 2010, the President of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, Judge Antonio Cassese, issued an order naming the Judges appointed to the Appeals Chamber for the appeal filed by the Prosecutor.
These Judges are:

- Judge David Baragwanath
- Judge Afif Chamseddine
- Judge Kjell Erik Björnberg
