The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star - Arrest warrants issued in Estonian kidnapping case - April 15, 2011

BEIRUT: A military investigative magistrate issued arrest warrants for 11 individuals Thursday, seven in custody and five in absentia, for their alleged involvement in the armed kidnapping of seven Estonian tourists and for firing weapons at members of the Internal Security Forces.
Judge Fadi Sawwan issued the arrest warrants against the 11, one of whom is a Syrian detainee, for their alleged involvement in the March 23 kidnapping of seven Estonian cyclists who were snatched at gunpoint near Zahle’s industrial zone. Efforts to locate the tourists have been unsuccessful.
