The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star - Man kidnapped from hospital, released in Ouzai - April 14, 2011

BEIRUT: A man was kidnapped from inside a hospital for two hours, according to the National News Agency.
A man entered Zahraa Hospital in Bir Hassan Wednesday and forcibly kidnapped a man who was visiting a patient.
The man took the victim to the Beirut suburb of Ouzai, and abandoned him there a few hours later.
The police opened investigations into the incident.
