The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - Cabinet discusses Najjar’s false witnesses’ report - October 12, 2010

NOW Lebanon’s correspondent reported on Tuesday that the cabinet is currently addressing Justice Minister Ibrahim Najjar’s false witnesses’ report, adding that he spent an hour and a half presenting detailed aspects related to his legal study and conclusion.
On August 18 the cabinet tasked Najjar with providing a report on the issue of false testimonies in the investigation of the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
