The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Daily Star - Fatah member wounded in south Lebanon refugee camp: report, November 5th 2011


BEIRUT: A member of Fatah was wounded in the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in Sidon Sunday, reported the National News Agency.
The agency said Bilal Badreh, a former member of the militant Jund al-Sham group, shot at a member of the Palestinian Fatah group from the Maghribi family in the stomach and leg. The Fatah member was transported to hospital in the camp, which is located near the southern coastal city of Sidon.
