The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Assafir - a spy arrested - February 25,2011



أوقفت شعبة المعلومات في بلدة ميس الجبل الجنوبية أمس المواطن اللبناني المدعو ف. ش. للاشتباه بتعامله مع العدو الإسرائيلي، وفق بلاغ صدر عن المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي - شعبة العلاقات العامة. وأشار البيان إلى أن توقيفه تم بناء لإشارة النيابة العامة التمييزية، وأنه «بالتحقيق معه اعترف بتعامله مع استخبارات العدو الإسرائيلي منذ عام 2004. وما زالت التحقيقات جارية بإشراف النيابة العامة التمييزية».
