The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star - Bahia Hariri calls on Palestinians to remain alert - August 10, 2011

SIDON, Lebanon: Sidon MP Bahia Hariri called Tuesday on Palestinians in the refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh to remain alert to the dangers of this stage and adopt dialogue as a means for resolving issues.
Hariri held a meeting with the Follow-up Committee for Palestinian National and Islamic Forces to discuss the camp’s recent armed clashes which erupted over the weekend and means of resolving their implications and working on preventing their recurrence.
