Now Lebanon - Charbel tells cabinet Antelias explosion was “personal incident” - August 11, 2011

Information Minister Walid Daouq said Thursday that Interior Minister Marwan Charbel informed the cabinet that Antelias explosion earlier in the day was a “personal incident” between two car dealers, and did not target any political or administrative figures.
“[President Michel] Sleiman voiced his concern over the recent developments in the region and their implications in Lebanon,” Daouq added following the cabinet’s meeting.
“Sleiman also informed ministers that the Supreme Defense Council will convene tomorrow to take security measures and implement the cabinet’s policy concerning defense and security.”
Two men were killed in Antelias in a parking lot when explosives they were handling detonated, causing a huge blast, a police official told AFP.
