Now Lebanon - Charbel says Antelias explosion was “individual incident,” NBN reports - August 11, 2011

NBN television reported Thursday that Interior Minister Marwan Charbel told the cabinet during its meeting in Baabda Palace that the investigation into the Antelias explosion reveals that it is “an individual incident,” in reference to it not being a terrorist or politically motivated attack.
