The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - Judge postpones court dates of accused Israeli collaborators

The National News Agency (NNA) reported on Friday that Military Court Presiding Judge Alice Shabtini postponed the court date of Mahmoud Qassem Rafeh – a retired Internal Security Forces member accused of collaborating with Israel. He is also accused of being involved in the 2006 murder of top Islamic Jihad Movement officials Mahmoud and Nidal Mazjoub.

His court date is postponed to July 1.

The judge also pushed back the court date of Faisal Ghazi Mouqaled, who is accused of collaborating with Israel. His new court date is July 15.
