The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان تنفي «تصريح» رياشي
ورد مساء أمس بيان من المحكمة الدولية في لاهاي جاء فيه: «إن المكتب الإعلامي للمحكمة الخاصة بلبنان يفيد بالتوضيح الآتي: إن نائب رئيس المحكمة القاضي رالف رياشي لم يدل بأي تصريح لصحيفة «الأخبار» وذلك بالنسبة إلى ما نشرته صحيفتكم عن لسانه بتاريخ 13 من شهر أيار الجاري».
تؤكد «الأخبار» أنها نقلت حرفياً كلام وجهّه القاضي رالف رياشي الى الزميل الصحافي في «الأخبار» محمّد نزّال بعدما عرّف هذا الأخير عن صفته المهنية بوجود مسؤولة رسمية عن المحكمة.
