The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - ISF releases man allegedly involved in Bekaa kidnapping - April 5, 2011

The Internal Security Forces – Information Branch released on Tuesday Sheikh Arfan Marbouni, who was arrested on Monday evening in Bekaa’s town of Bar Elias, as part of an ongoing investigation of last month’s kidnapping of seven Estonians.
The National News Agency (NNA) added that the interrogation of Marbouni showed that he had no involvement in the kidnapping.
Seven Estonian citizens were kidnapped near the Bekaa city of Zahle on March 23 after they had entered Lebanon from Syria on their bikes.
