| ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر أمس على ثلاثة موقوفين بينهم امرأة بجرم التعامل مع العدو الإسرائيلي وإعطائه معلومات لمعاونته على فوز قواته. وأحال صقر ادعاءه على قاضي التحقيق العسكري الأول رياض أبو غيدا طالباً استجواب الموقوفين وإصدار مذكرات توقيف وجاهية بحقهم سنداً لمادتي الادعاء 278 و285 عقوبات التي تنص عقوبتهما القصوى على الأشغال الشاقة مدة 15 عاماً. |
The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.
