The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - ISF arrested three involved in Bekaa kidnapping, Rifi says - March 30, 2011

Internal Security Forces (ISF) Director General Achraf Rifi told the National News Agency on Tuesday that the ISF-Information Branch arrested three people involved in providing the van and Mercedes automobile used to kidnap the seven Estonians.
The Mercedes had been stolen, Rifi also said.
He added that the ISF-Information Branch last night discovered one of the places the kidnapping gang used as a refuge.
Seven Estonian citizens were kidnapped near the Bekaa city of Zahle on Wednesday after they had entered Lebanon from Syria on their bikes.
A top security official told AFP earlier on Tuesday that the abductors of the Estonians have been identified and a raid is underway to arrest them.
