The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - Search for kidnapped Estonians continue in Bekaa - March 29, 2011

NOW Lebanon’s correspondent reported on Monday that Lebanese army units are conducting search operations for the kidnapped Estonians in the Western Bekaa town of Al-Rawda.
Internal Security Forces – Information Branch members also arrived in Western Bekaa and are patrolling the area for the same purpose, the correspondent added.
Seven European citizens were kidnapped near the Bekaa city of Zahle on Wednesday after they had entered Lebanon from Syria on their bikes.
