The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

March 27,2010 - Daily Star - Judge seeks death penalty for Israel collaborators.doc

BEIRUT: A Military Tribunal judge demanded on Friday the death sentence for eight people suspected of collaborating with Israel. Saqr Saqr, the government’s delegate to the Tribunal, said the suspects allegedly collaborated with Israel and provided it with information about Hizbullah officials and Hizbullah locations. Four of the suspects are under arrest, while four others, including a Syrian national, remain on the run. – The Daily Star
