The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

March 22, 2010 - Iloubnan - Akhbar: Hezbollah affiliates to appear before international General Prosecutor

BEIRUT – Cassation General Prosecution issued 18 summons to Lebanese in order to appear before the international General Prosecutor investigating the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, al-Akhbar daily reported on Monday. Said persons would testify in their capacity of witnesses. According to the daily, some Hezbollah members or affiliates were among those witnesses.
