April 1, 2010 - Now Lebanon - Al-Rai: Lebanese-Syrian team to be informed of STL findings

Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai reported on Thursday that a Lebanese-Syrian consulting team visited the UN headquarters in New York and stopped in Washington last week to be updated on the latest findings of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) in the murder of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

The daily added that the visit was a reaction to what it called “serious actions taken by the STL investigators,” a reference to the court’s summoning of 12 Hezbollah members and affiliates for interrogation last week.
