Now Lebanon - Sami Gemayel: Emigrants have legal right to vote in 2013 - October 18, 2010

Kataeb bloc MP Sami Gemayel said on Monday that Lebanese emigrants have the legal and constitutional right to vote from their countries of residence in the 2013 parliamentary elections, according to a statement issued by his office.
Gemayel called on Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Shami to work for the emigrants to be able to vote from abroad in the next elections.
Iraq and Algeria enabled their expatriates to vote in embassies in elections that followed bloody civil wars, so Lebanon should be able to do the same, he added.
